BUILDING RESILIENCE IN TURBULENT TIMES
About Building Resilience in Turbulent Times - The Agenda
“If what I believe and do today is positive, I help create a better tomorrow!” Spencer Johnson
Are you like the ‘energiser bunny’ that keeps going and going and then hits a brick wall as they run out of steam? Would you like to create greater balance in your life?
High levels of mental toughness and resilience empower an individual or a team to cope better with life events. A resilient person is able to cope with challenging situations, at work and outside work, to bounce back and often succeed against what might seem to be insurmountable odds. They maintain an optimistic outlook and enjoy better physical and emotional health.
This session explores what mental toughness and resilience is and why these are critical skillsets for every single person. Through an interactive and highly practical learning session, participants will learn about the building blocks of resilience and take away practical tips to build mental toughness and stamina, increase mindfulness and enhance long-term resilience. More importantly, you can develop practical strategies to integrate these skills into your working day.
