We use business facilitation skills to coordinate between various departments, streamline processes, manage resources, create briefs etc. and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

CONSULTING
Consults are a ‘headstart’ option, short term and short lead time. They provide advice on a variety of fronts including tackling problems, structuring a project or strategy, situational analysis, planning, accountability, productivity advice or support. All consults are on a per hour or package basis.

WORKSHOPS
Our masterminding and idea development workshops are multi-hour sessions with pre and post check in calls, which explore, test and strategically debate a concept, idea, vision or ambition to make it ready for implementation. They are also very useful as an overall review of a business, its operations, problem areas and performance.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Projects are the next decisive step and include FreestylePM involvement over set period of time to design, plan and execute an agreed project or event. Projects range from ‘business healthchecks’ over 6-8 weeks to 9 month projects for full workflow overhaul in a small business.

I work with subject matter experts in multiple industries. Freestyle applies a proven and strategic methodology to every project so, no matter your event, programme, business challenge or service, you will have a trusted and experienced professional focused on solving your problem and optimising every opportunity. The methodology is what is key.
To date I have worked on projects in areas such as retail, agribusiness, brewing & distilling, recruitment, professional services, networks and associations, non-profits, visitor centres, sports, financial services, venue management, coaching, and public sector.

As a general rule, the bigger the project the more notice we need or more likelihood we will have the capacity to fulfil the project needs For a consult, it could start from 1 week+. For a 3 month project, it’s usually min. 1-2 months before the estimated start date. Once we have a chat about your brief we would be better able to check availability and discuss timelines. We only take on a certain number of projects at any one time to ensure quality of delivery for all our clients.

This depends on the support that you need. Workshops and consult packages vary depending on duration and package inclusions. Project fees are priced based on factors such as scope of work, timeline, level of responsibility, number of team members required etc. A proposal will be created after an initial briefing call once we have a better understanding of your needs and the solutions that could help you best.
